K-hiša is a multi-apartment building located on an excellent location in the center of Ljubljana on Njegoševa street. It is on a walking distance from Prešeren Square and the Three bridges.
In the vicinity there are parks, museums, food stores, medical institutions, kindergardens, schools.
The position of the building allows the residents to move on foot, by bike or by car. A bus station is also within a few meters of the building.
Near the building are also some recreational spots as Golovec and Ljubljana castle.

Special window frames created in cooperation with the art group Irwin make the modern building, built as concrete frame structure with brick fillers, unique.
The frames are a continuation of the famous series “Was the kunst?”, which the group Irwin has been developing for 35 years. The building K-hiša represents a dialogue between architecture and art.
The building K-hiša is conceived as an anonymous white cubus, that can be interpreted as a white wall in a gallery, which creates a neutral background for the placement of artwork. Irwin’s frames frame and emphasize life happening in the apartments. This way the movement of residents, that is mirrored in window surfaces, becomes the content and theme of framed pictures.
The building K-hiša offers 10 apartments for long term rent. The apartments are of different size and extend in 4 floors. They are designed functionally with high quality materials. Spacious living areas offer comfort and at the same time the dynamic lifestyle in the city. Large glass surfaces make the apartments extremely bright.
Each apartment has its own balcony and a parking place in the garage, located in the basement floor. The building also has its own bicycle storage and an elevator.
